Adams O’Connell Inc. clients have been investing in real estate for generations. While most investment companies consider real estate an alternative asset class, AOC has always considered it the backbone of our investment strategy. Real Estate makes up approximately 70% of the investment portfolio.  

Real estate is a tangible asset that enhances the risk and return profile of our investor portfolio. On its own, real estate offers competitive risk-adjusted returns, attractive income streams, and long-term appreciation. While AOC clients' portfolios have been historically over-weighted in real estate, the real estate holdings are diversified by geography and by type: residential, industrial, commercial, office, flex space and development.
